There is a $50.00 yearly administrative fee charged to each (non CSD) group upon their initial usage during our fiscal year. (July 1-June 30) This fee is not charged if charges are waived.

All groups must have on file a current CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, with minimum $1,000.000.00 liability coverage (Company affording coverage must be A.M. Best Rated “A” or better) and have the Concord School District named as “additional insured” on the certificate.

New groups must pre-pay the first usage. Those with acceptable payment histories will be billed after the event.

*Any event with an anticipated attendance of 500 or more people will be negotiated on an individual basis.

During normal hours groups are charged $55.00 per hour as necessary for set-up and clean-up. Custodial charges on weekends, holidays, and beyond normal working hours are charged at the rate of $50 per hour. Holidays and weekends are a 3 hour minimum charge.

All reservation requests must be made in writing, indicating nature of use, space needs, contact person, number expected in attendance and date/time of activity. This request will generate a rental agreement document.
